杭州师范大学护理学院创建于2001年,其前身为杭州护士学校,办学历史可追溯到1917年。1998年开始举办高等护理教育,2005年获护理学硕士学位授予权,2016年在省内率先开展护理国际学生培养。长期以来,学院先后承担世界卫生组织(WHO)的中国护理教育改革项目和联合国计划开发署(UNDP)的护理师资培训项目,对中国护理教育改革产生了广泛而积极的影响。
The School of Nursing at Hangzhou Normal University was established in 2001, with its origins tracing back to the Zhejiang Guangji Nursing School founded in 1917. Undergraduate nursing education commenced in 1998, followed by the granting of master's degrees in 2005 and the introduction of full-time undergraduate nursing programs for international students in 2016. The School has undertaken significant initiatives such as the China Nursing Education Reform Program authorized by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Nursing Development Teacher Training Program authorized by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), both of which have had a profound and positive impact on nursing education reform in China.
学院致力于人才综合素质培养,为省市各级医疗单位输送了万余名毕业生,其中有国际南丁格尔奖获得者、中央领导的保健护士等,深受社会和用人单位的好评,近年来毕业生就业率100%。
The college is dedicated to cultivating comprehensive talents. It has produced over 10,000 graduates who have been placed in medical institutions at various levels across the province and city. Among them are recipients of the Nightingale Prize and centrally-led health nurses, garnering praise from society and employers. The employment rate of graduates has consistently been at 100% in recent years.
学院成立以来不断加强学科、专业建设和社会服务,2009年获立市特色专业,2016、2020年分别获立省特色专业和国家一流专业;2010年获批浙江省实验教学示范中心;2012、2016年先后获批省重点学科和省一流学科。先后建立浙江省社区护士岗位培训中心(2004年)、浙江省老年护理实训中心(2009年)等社会服务平台并不断拓展。
Since its establishment, the college has continuously enhanced its disciplines, professional construction, and social services. It received recognition as the Municipal Characteristic Major in 2009 and was subsequently awarded the Provincial Featured Major and the National First-Class Major in 2016 and 2020, respectively. Additionally, it was designated as the Zhejiang Province Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center in 2010 and obtained approvals as the Zhejiang Key Discipline and Zhejiang Top Discipline in 2012 and 2016, respectively. The college has expanded social service platforms such as the Zhejiang Community Nursing Position Training Center (established in 2004) and the Zhejiang Elderly Nursing Skill Training Center (established in 2009).
学院拥有一支年龄、学历和职称结构较为合理的师资队伍,现有教职工45人,专任教师中博士学位占80%,高级职称占50%以上,海外学习经历占80%;同时聘请国内外多名知名专家为特聘教授。近年来实现国家级科研基金和国家级教材等新突破,发表学术论文100余篇,其中SCI收录30余篇。
The School of Nursing has a well-structured faculty team comprising individuals with diverse ages, academic qualifications, and professional titles. Currently, it has 45 faculty members, with over 80% of them holding doctoral degrees and more than 50% possessing senior professional titles. Nearly 80% of the faculty members have experience studying or working overseas. Moreover, the college has established a part-time teaching team comprising professionals with extensive clinical experience and bachelor's degrees or above, employed in renowned hospitals in Zhejiang province. In recent years, the school has made significant strides in securing national scientific research funds, publishing national-level textbooks, and producing over 100 academic papers, with more than 30 indexed by SCI.
学院重视对外合作交流,先后与美国波依西大学、英国爱丁堡大学、澳洲昆士兰大学等建立友好合作关系并不断拓展和深化。学院全体师生团结一致、开拓进取,为建设特色鲜明、省内乃至国内一流的护理学院而努力奋斗。
The School of Nursing places great emphasis on international cooperation and exchanges. It has initiated student exchange programs with prestigious institutions such as the University of Boise in the United States, the University of Edinburgh in the United Kingdom, and the University of Queensland in Australia, with ongoing efforts to expand and deepen these collaborations. All faculty and students are united, innovative, and proactive, striving to establish a distinctive nursing college at the provincial and national levels.
